Dinakar is a management professional with over 20 years of experience in the “Technology & Development” arena. The dynamic movement of ideas, technology and management systems, across cultures and borders, is a subject that fascinates him.
He has worked with a diverse range or organisations in the private sector, international funding agencies and think tanks. These incude - the British Council Division, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Centre for Policy Research (CPR), and Biotech Consortium India Ltd. Following his stint as a World Bank Scholar at the University of Tsukuba,Japan (2009-11), he is now focused on enabling Japanese innovators, R&D Institutions and enterprises overcome the barriers they face in accessing Indian markets, in introducing new technologies to India, and for using India as a manufacturing base for global exports.
